Milia is located 195 kilometers west of Heraklion Crete and it is located in Chania in the province of Kissamos.The location that the settlement is built, is hilly with 500 meters altitude, it's position makes it a very special place because it is on a hillside that forms a valley, and the remaining natural landscape captures the visitor's interest.

So starting from Heraklion it would be  easier to move west to the highway from Heraklion to Rethymnon and 172 km after, when you arrive in Chania, turn left from the highway to the provincial Kaloudiana-Chrysoskalitisa road. The traveler moving towards to Milia has  another remaining 19 kilometers to reach the settlement where you will find  enough parkingspace for your car car.
